DELIVERY INFO


We offer an awesome delivery service by partnering with a reputable courier to deliver your order directly to your door. Alternatively, we can deliver to a store near you if you select the Click and Collect option on checkout. This allows you to shop anywhere, at any time at your convenience– you’re welcome.
WE DELIVER FREE all over South Africa On ALL orders over R 1000. If your order value is less than R 1000, the delivery fee will be will confirmed at the final order confirmation stage.
We have a central warehouse in Johannesburg and stores nationwide, this allows us to get your order out ASAP, between 3 – 7 working days, except during Sales and Special Events when delivery may take up to 10 working days. If we anticipate longer delays, we will let you know. All orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday.

Deliveries are only made to valid addresses within South Africa, on business days only.
You or a person authorised to accept delivery on your behalf, must be available during normal business hours at the delivery address specified in the Order Confirmation ("Delivery Address"). Any person accepting delivery of the Products may be required to produce a form of identification.
If we are unable to deliver your order within 15 days of your receipt of an Order Confirmation, we will contact you and either a process refund immediately or arrange the delivery of another product, of the same value.


CLICK AND COLLECT


We offer a click and collect service, meaning that you have the option to collect your purchase from one of the stores listed below within 3 – 7 days from placing your order.
Mall of Africa, Mall of the South, Eastgate, Clearwater Mall, Gateway, V&A Waterfront, Canal Walk, Menlyn, Baywest, Mall of the North, Ilanga and Hemingways. Store Locator


TRACKING


Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipping details, as well as a tracking number
